The request goes to a central agent who identifies based on the specialization schedules and routes the video conference to the video studio which has the product line.
As a user, once the meeting is scheduled they get a link to join the video call. There is one camera focusing on the sales representative and another camera focusing on the product. The customer gets to see the images in ultra HD giving a real life experience. At the request of the customer, the camera focusing on the product can be tilted and zoomed so that every detail of the product can be seen by the customer before buying the product.
