PALM & AV-ICN EXPO 2025: Unpacking the Key Highlights of PeopleLink’s AV Showcase.

The curtains have closed on PALM EXPO and AV-ICN EXPO 2025, an exciting chapter that unfolded from May 29th to May 31st. Held at Mumbai’s vibrant Bombay Exhibition Centre, the expo was a fantastic gathering of innovative minds and technologies, and PeopleLink was thrilled to be at the heart of it. For the PeopleLink team, this expo was an exciting opportunity to share our passion. We arrived ready to connect with AV professionals, to demonstrate the breadth of our “A2Z of AV Collaboration Solutions,” and to share our commitment to proudly “#MadeInIndia” initiatives. The response was incredible, and we’re grateful to everyone who visited and made our showcase a true success story.

Sharing Our Vision: A Universe of AV Solutions from a Single Source

Our main story at the expo revolved around a simple yet powerful idea: providing an “A2Z of Video Collaboration Solutions” all from PeopleLink. We wanted to show attendees how a “Fully Integrated Solution With All Products From A Single OEM” could simplify their AV needs, offering reliability and a seamless experience.

We designed our space to reflect this vision, creating an environment where visitors could easily explore solutions for different applications. From dedicated zones for modern Conference Rooms and agile Huddle Rooms to areas showcasing our software brands, InstaVC and inLynk, the focus was on demonstrating real-world applications and fostering meaningful conversations.

Throughout the event, we demonstrated an impressive array of solutions catering to diverse needs:

• Meeting & Collaboration Spaces: We showcased how our solutions empower all kinds of meeting and collaboration spaces – from compact Huddle Rooms and formal Meeting Rooms to dynamic Training Rooms and effective Work-From-Home setups. The aim was always to show how any space can become a hub of productivity.
• Advanced Display Technologies: The visual experience was paramount, with our showcase featuring Large Interactive Displays ideal for dynamic classrooms and engaging meeting rooms. The “PeopleLink ActiveLED Screens,” suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications, drew considerable admiration, alongside versatile stand-mounted interactive kiosks and touch displays.
• Cutting-Edge AV Peripherals & Hardware: Our interactive product display towers and shelves featured a host of “New Arrivals” and essential components. Visitors explored our “USB Cameras,” versatile “Videobars,” intelligent “AI-Based Tracking Cameras” that follow speakers automatically, and sophisticated “All-In-One Videobars”. Our “Digital Podiums” were also a key point of interaction, offering centralized control for presenters.
• Specialized Vertical Solutions: Demonstrating our adaptability, we actively showcased our “Mobile Collaboration Unit” and “Telehealth Cart,” underlining our commitment to providing targeted solutions for specific industry applications.
• Software & Platform Synergies: Beyond hardware, dedicated zones for InstaVC (Customized Video Applications) and inLynk (Digital Workspace and 360° Engagement Platform) highlighted how our software enhances and personalizes the collaboration experience. These platforms generated focused discussions on creating truly customized and integrated digital environments.

A significant area of interest during the expo was our range of solutions tailored for the education sector. Building on the enthusiasm for our Large Interactive Displays in classroom settings, we proudly presented a broader vision for transforming learning environments. Attendees explored:
