For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 of India and the rules made thereunder (together, the "DPDP Act"), PeopleLink Unified Communications Pvt Ltd is the Data Fiduciary. Affiliates of the PeopleLink Group act on behalf of, and under the instructions of, PeopleLink Unified Communications Pvt Ltd in relation to persons located in their respective regions unless otherwise stated at the point of collection.

Such material is captured or supplied in connection with projects delivered by the PeopleLink Group or its partners and is published in accordance with the applicable contract with the customer, the consent of the persons shown where required by applicable law, and the removal or obscuring of identifying details on request. The presence of a room, premises or organisation in such material does not imply any endorsement by that organisation. All trademarks, trade names, logos, crests and other proprietary marks that may appear in such material remain the property of their respective owners and are not claimed by the PeopleLink Group. Any person or organisation who wishes to have particular material withdrawn, cropped or anonymised may contact the PeopleLink Group at the address in Section 12, and the request will be acted upon within a reasonable period.
5. Cookies, Analytics, Advertising Technologies and Your Choices
The Website uses cookies, pixels, tags, software development kits, local storage and similar technologies (collectively, "cookies") for the following categories of purposes: strictly necessary cookies, which are required for the Website to function, to maintain security, to remember your cookie choices and to enable the submission of forms, and which cannot be switched off through the cookie settings; functionality cookies, which remember your preferences, including language and region, and enable the live chat facility; analytics and performance cookies, which enable the PeopleLink Group to measure traffic, understand how visitors use the Website, record heat maps and session replays and identify errors; and advertising and measurement cookies, which enable the PeopleLink Group to measure the effectiveness of its advertising campaigns and to present PeopleLink advertising to persons who have visited the Website on third-party platforms. Analytics, advertising and measurement cookies are set only with your consent where the law applicable to you so requires, and you may give, refuse or withdraw consent at any time through the cookie settings made available on the Website, in addition to the controls available in your browser. Refusing non-essential cookies does not prevent you from using the Website or submitting forms.
The Website uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, services provided by Google LLC and its affiliates, to collect and analyse information about the use of the Website; Google may use the data collected to contextualise and personalise advertising in its own advertising network, and information about how Google uses data when you use its partners' sites is available at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics is available from Google. The Website uses the Meta Pixel and related business tools provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. and its affiliates to measure the effectiveness of PeopleLink advertising and to present PeopleLink advertising on Meta services to persons who have visited the Website; information about how Meta processes such data, and the controls available to you, is set out in Meta's privacy policy and advertising settings. Forms on the Website are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, the use of which is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and which collects hardware and software information and sends it to Google for the purpose of distinguishing human users from automated abuse. Other analytics, heat-mapping, session-replay, live-chat and customer-relationship providers used by the PeopleLink Group act as its processors and are described by category in Section 6. Where the law applicable to you, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, characterises the use of advertising cookies as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, or as processing for "targeted advertising", you may opt out through the cookie settings on the Website, and the PeopleLink Group treats an opt-out preference signal such as the Global Privacy Control transmitted by your browser as a valid request to opt out for that browser. Further information is contained in the Cookie Policy published on the Website.
6. Disclosure of Personal Data

A list of the specific processors engaged by the PeopleLink Group at any time, to the extent that you are entitled to it under the law applicable to you, is available on request using the details in Section 12.
7. Retention
The PeopleLink Group retains personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purpose of satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, audit or reporting requirement, and for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. In general, enquiry and marketing data is retained for the duration of the PeopleLink Group's relationship with you or your organisation and for a reasonable period thereafter during which the data is reviewed for deletion where there has been no further interaction; customer, order, warranty, service and support records are retained for the term of the relevant contract or product lifecycle and thereafter for the period required by applicable limitation, tax, accounting and product liability laws; consent and opt-out records are retained for as long as necessary to demonstrate compliance and to honour your preferences; and technical and usage data collected through cookies is retained for the periods set out in the Cookie Policy or in the settings of the relevant tool. Notwithstanding these measures, no method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, and the PeopleLink Group cannot warrant or guarantee the absolute security of personal data. In the event of a personal data breach affecting your personal data, the PeopleLink Group will notify the competent supervisory authority, the Data Protection Board of India where applicable, and affected individuals in the manner and within the time required by applicable law.
9. Your Rights and How to Exercise Them
Subject to the law applicable to you and to the conditions and exemptions contained in that law, you may have the right to request confirmation of whether the PeopleLink Group processes personal data relating to you and to obtain access to that personal data together with information about the processing; to obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data and the completion of incomplete personal data; to obtain the erasure of personal data; to obtain the restriction of processing; to receive the personal data you have provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to have it transmitted to another controller; to object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests, and to object at any time to processing for direct marketing purposes; to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, of processing for targeted advertising, and of profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects; to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information; not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal or similarly significant effects (the PeopleLink Group does not carry out such decision-making); to nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity; not to be discriminated against or denied goods or services for exercising your rights; to appeal a decision of the PeopleLink Group in respect of a request; and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority or other competent regulator.
