Auditorium Feed for a University
A university's auditorium keeps its AV rack in a control booth at the back of the hall, a long way from the PeopleLink display at the front. A single HDMI 2.0 AOC Cable, cut to a custom length within the 100m maximum, carries the 4K at 60Hz 4:4:4 signal over optical fibre with 18Gbps bandwidth. It needs no external power at either end, and its resistance to EMI and RFI keeps the picture stable alongside lighting and power runs. Lectures get a clean 4K feed from booth to stage.
