It drives the front of the room over HDMI IN and OUT with Multi-Display support, and takes external devices over USB and Type-C. A HUB extension connects a Touch Panel for in-room control.

What ports does the Room Appliance have?

It provides HDMI IN and OUT, multiple USB ports and Type-C, and supports Multi-Display and external devices. HDMI IN takes a laptop or a control desk source and HDMI OUT feeds the room display. USB and Type-C cover the camera, the audio and any peripherals the room already uses.

Can the Room Appliance connect a Touch Panel?

Yes. A unique HUB extension lets you connect a Touch Panel for in-room meeting control. That gives a Meeting Room or a Smart Classroom a single surface to start and end a session, instead of a keyboard on the table. The appliance itself can then sit out of sight behind the display.

Will the Room Appliance drive more than one display?
